Problems with the Reliable Partner service being up to date

It has come to our attention that information concerning some companies registered in our Reliable Partner service may not have not been fully up to date. The problem concerns only a very small minority of companies registered to the service, and is limited to information concerning mandatory worker’s compensation insurance policies.

We have taken action to remedy the situation, and as regards companies, whose information concerning mandatory worker’s compensation insurance may have been out of date, we have currently changed the status of such information as missing. We are working with such companies and their insurance companies to update such information promptly.

The accuracy of the information contained in the Reliable Partner service is extremely important to us, and we have taken action to ensure that the problem cannot occur again. We recommend, however, double-checking any reports ordered from the service to avoid any further misunderstandings against the information currently provided by the service.
